The final official round of 2008 produced two new race winners in the packed class A battle. Gary Broad took advantage of Marcus Jewell‘s meeting with the tyre wall at Paddock to take his maiden victory while Gary returned the favour in the 2nd race when loosing it at Graham Hill for Marcus to take his first ever outright win.

Chris Randall and Andrew Walsh dropped down to Class B in preparation for 2009′s new regs. The former had left himself with an under performing car with so much work to do with this last minute change, however the later made Martin Donnelly work for his brace of wins in the 211.
