LoTRDC aims to provide a safe, friendly and financially viable race series for Lotus owners. In 2007 LoTRDC launched the hugely successful Elise Trophy; the series quickly establishing itself as the UK’s premier one marque club race series. In 2009 LoTRDC took over organisation of the World’s only official Lotus race series: Lotus Cup Europe on behalf of Group Lotus.
With Lotus Cup Europe grids at bursting point a new championship was launched in 2011: Lotus Cup UK, offering longer races the new championship was one of the most successful in the UK in it’s inaugural season.
